I’m the Last
– Ashutosh Kumar Mishra
I’m the last breath of hope in the quiet night,
The flicker of a flame when all else loses light.
I rise like whispers from forgotten dreams,
A silent force in the rush of endless streams.
I’m the last spark when the embers grow cold,
A story yet written, a destiny bold.
In the hush of the stars, I carve my way,
Where others have fallen, I choose to stay.
I’m the last ripple in an ocean deep,
A promise unbroken, in the silence I keep.
Though the winds may howl and skies may tear,
I stand as the echo, defying despair.
I’m the last of the stars, still shining bright,
A force unseen, but felt in the night.
I call to the universe with all that I am,
Manifesting my future, with every plan.
For I’m the last hope when others let go,
The final seed in a field left to grow.
I’m the last voice in a world so vast,
And in my belief, I will outlast.
